Orders and Shipping
Shipping to USA or Canada generally takes 3-4 weeks.
Watch this space, though! WIth enough orders placed we can move stock to more locations and ship locally to dramatically decrease delivery times and costs.
Please contact sales@ekstrabrands.com if you have an emergency shipping change requirement.
Upon completion of order and confirmation of outgoing shipment, you will receive an email from sales@ekstrabrands.com notifying you of your shipment ETA along with a tracking number and link for you to track your delivery.
ekstrabrands.com willl only store information that you enter into your account. We do not manually back up any client information or share any personal information with third party sites whatsoever.
There are no taxes charged on orders outside of Taiwan.
We currently ship to USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Watch this space for more additions!
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
At ekstrabrands.com we don’t accept returns or issue cash refunds, but any faulty items will be replaced immediately with brand new product.
We sincerely apologize for any incorrect items that have shipped out from our depot. Please allow us some time to send you the correct products as per your original order. You will not be charged for shipping or be required to ship the incorrect products back to us.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will ship out replacement product immediately upon receiving images proving the product was not used before it was damaged. Please send said photos to sales@ekstrabrands.com.

We do not show sold out products on our website, however if you have seen or purchased a product in the past that is no longer on our site, or want to order more of a product than we have in stock, please feel free to email sales@ekstrabrands.com and we will try our best to procure said products. If they are available from the supplier we will request a quotation and inform you of any price changes and estimated delivery time.
